Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Chromebook
On the Chromebook, click the time in the bottom-right corner
Select Settings
Scroll down and click Advanced
Under Printing, select Printers
Click Add printer
Choose your printer from the list
If prompted, enter the printer details and save
Open the document, image, or page you want to print
Press Ctrl + P
Select your printer
Adjust print settings if needed
Click Print
If the printer does not appear, make sure it supports Google Cloud Print alternatives or IPP printing
If using a USB printer, connect it directly to the Chromebook with a compatible USB cable or adapter
Wait for Chrome OS to detect the printer and add it automatically if supported
If needed, install the printer manufacturer’s app or use the printer’s web setup page
Restart the Chromebook and printer if the connection fails
