Download the Xray texture pack ZIP file for Minecraft Java Edition
Open Minecraft Launcher and start the correct Java Edition version
Click Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the downloaded ZIP file into the resourcepacks folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the Xray texture pack from the Available resource packs list
Click Done
Load or create a world
Use the pack only where allowed by the server or game rules
