Obtain a Prismatic Shard
Take the Prismatic Shard to the three pillars in the northeast Desert
Stand in the center of the pillars while holding the Prismatic Shard
The Galaxy Sword will appear in your inventory
If you already have a Galaxy Sword, the same method still works only if you do not already have the sword equipped or in use
