Start from the nearest fast travel or bench in the area you are in
Head toward the lower eastern side of Pharloom
Follow the main path until you reach the junction leading into Sinners Road
Look for a narrow passage or gate marked by hostile enemies and broken structures
Clear the enemies blocking the route
Enter the road through the opening that connects to the underground corridor
Keep moving forward through the linear passage until the area name changes to Sinners Road
If the path is locked, progress the nearby story objective or unlock the adjacent route first
