Go to the Xfinity Mobile or account transfer section
Select the option to get a Transfer PIN
Verify your identity if prompted
View or generate the Transfer PIN
Use the PIN with your new carrier before it expires
If you cannot access your account, contact Xfinity support or visit an Xfinity store
