How to Make Fried Tofu?

Press firm or extra-firm tofu for 15 to 30 minutes

Cut tofu into cubes, slices, or triangles

Pat tofu dry with paper towels

Season lightly with salt, pepper, or spices if desired

Coat tofu with cornstarch or flour for extra crispiness

Heat oil in a skillet or pan over medium to medium-high heat

Add tofu pieces in a single layer

Fry until the bottom is golden brown

Flip and fry the other sides until crisp and golden

Remove tofu and drain on paper towels or a wire rack

Serve immediately with sauce or as desired
