Open the group text thread
Tap the three-dot menu or chat options
Select Group details or Conversation info
Look for Leave group, Exit group, or Delete and leave
Tap Leave group and confirm
If no leave option appears, mute the conversation
Turn off notifications for the group chat
Ask the sender to remove you from the group
Block the group or specific senders if needed
Delete the conversation from your messages app
