Open the Phone app
Tap the three-dot menu or More
Tap Settings
Tap Calls or Calling accounts
Tap Call forwarding
Choose Always forward, Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, or Forward when unreachable
Enter the forwarding number
Tap Turn on or Enable
To disable, return to Call forwarding and turn it off
