Plug in the Google Home Mini
Download the Google Home app on your phone or tablet
Open the Google Home app
Sign in with your Google account
Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to Wi-Fi
Tap the plus icon to add a device
Select Set up device
Choose New device
Select your home
Follow the on-screen prompts
Confirm the Google Home Mini is detected
Verify the sound by listening for the test tone
Connect the Google Home Mini to your Wi-Fi network
Choose a room for the device
Link any preferred music, video, or smart home services
Complete the setup
Test the device by saying “Hey Google”
