Open the Google Home app
Select your Google Home device
Tap Settings
Tap Device information
Tap Factory reset
Confirm the reset
Or, on the device, press and hold the reset button for about 15 seconds
Release when the device confirms the reset
Wait for the device to restart and reset completely
