Make sure the Google Home Mini is plugged in and powered on
Locate the factory reset button on the bottom of the device
Press and hold the factory reset button for about 15 seconds
Wait for the device to confirm the reset with a sound or voice prompt
Release the button after the reset starts
Set up the Google Home Mini again in the Google Home app
