Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum
Keep it in place without chewing, sucking, or swallowing it
Leave it there for about 20 to 60 minutes, or until the flavor fades
Remove the pouch when finished
Dispose of the used pouch in a trash bin
Wash your hands after handling it
Do not use more than the recommended amount on the package
Keep it out of reach of children and pets
Do not swallow the pouch
