Scrape off excess crayon with a plastic scraper or old credit card
Apply a small amount of heat with a hair dryer to soften the wax
Wipe softened crayon with a soft cloth
Use a mild dish soap and warm water on a damp cloth
Rub gently with baking soda paste and a soft cloth
Use white vinegar on a cloth for remaining residue
Apply mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol to a cloth for stubborn marks
Test any cleaner on a hidden area first
Wipe the area with a clean damp cloth
Dry the wood immediately with a soft towel
