How to Wrap Wontons?

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface

Add a small spoonful of filling to the center

Moisten the edges with water

Fold the wrapper in half into a triangle or rectangle

Press out any air around the filling

Seal the edges firmly

Bring the two bottom corners together if making a classic wonton shape

Overlap the corners slightly

Moisten one corner and press to seal

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling
