How to Bake Tofu in Oven?

Preheat the oven to 400°F to 425°F

Press the tofu for 15 to 30 minutes to remove excess water

Cut the tofu into cubes, slabs, or triangles

Pat the tofu dry with paper towels

Toss the tofu with a little oil

Add salt and any desired seasonings

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat

Arrange the tofu in a single layer with space between pieces

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through

Bake until golden brown and crisp on the edges

Remove from the oven and serve immediately
