Log in to your Canva account
Go to Account settings
Open Billing and plans
Find your free trial or subscription details
Select Cancel trial or Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
Check for a cancellation confirmation email
Make sure the trial is canceled before the renewal date
