Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter your Screen Time passcode
Tap Content Restrictions
Tap Age Rating for Apps
Select the desired age limit
Go back to save the change
If needed, turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions to remove age limits entirely
