Let eggs sit for 10 to 12 minutes
Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water
Let eggs cool for 5 to 10 minutes
Tap eggs gently to crack the shells
Peel eggs under running water
Serve or refrigerate peeled or unpeeled eggs
