Open Gmail
Sign in to your account
Select the emails you want to delete
Click the Delete icon
To delete one email, open it and click the Delete icon
To delete multiple emails, check the boxes next to them and click the Delete icon
To delete all emails on a page, click the Select all checkbox and then click the Delete icon
To delete emails from a specific sender, search for the sender’s address or name, select the emails, and click the Delete icon
To delete emails by date, use Gmail search filters, select the emails, and click the Delete icon
To empty the Trash, open Trash and click Empty Trash now
