Worsening right lower abdominal pain
Pain that starts near the belly button and moves to the lower right side
Pain that becomes constant and severe
Pain that increases with walking, coughing, or movement
Loss of appetite
Nausea or vomiting
Fever
Abdominal swelling or bloating
Tenderness when pressing the lower right abdomen
Rebound pain when pressure is released
Inability to pass gas or stool
Feeling very ill or weak
Sudden relief of pain followed by worsening illness
Seek emergency medical care immediately if appendicitis is suspected
Call emergency services if there is severe pain, high fever, fainting, or confusion
