Log in to your Planet Fitness account on the Planet Fitness website or app.

Request cancellation and ask for the effective cancellation date.
Ask whether you need to submit a written notice or cancellation form for your location.
If required, submit the written cancellation request to the specific club address or email provided by Member Services.
Keep confirmation details (email confirmation, ticket number, or written proof of submission).
Monitor your bank/credit card for the next billing cycle to confirm charges stop.
If charges continue, contact Member Services again and reference your confirmation details.
