Place the white chocolate Chipits in a microwave-safe bowl
Microwave at 50% power for 20 to 30 seconds
Stir well
Repeat in 15 to 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval
Stop when the chips are almost fully melted
Keep stirring until smooth
Do not overheat
Alternatively, melt over a double boiler
Place the bowl over simmering water without letting the bowl touch the water
Stir constantly until melted
Remove from heat as soon as smooth
