Back up any important data
Charge the tablet to at least 50%
Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Factory data reset
Review the information shown
Tap Reset
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Tap Delete all
Wait for the tablet to restart and erase all data
Set up the tablet again after the reset
If the tablet is locked or unresponsive, power it off
Press and hold the correct button combination for Recovery Mode
Select Wipe data/factory reset
Confirm the reset
Select Reboot system now
