Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Go to the Performance tab
Select CPU
Check for a temperature reading if your system supports it
Open BIOS or UEFI during startup
Look for hardware monitor, PC health, or temperature section
Install a third-party app such as HWiNFO, Core Temp, or HWMonitor
Launch the app and view CPU temperature
Use your motherboard manufacturer’s utility if available
Check temperature in the app’s sensor or monitoring section
Update BIOS, chipset drivers, or monitoring software if temperature is not shown
