Open the Shortcuts app
Tap Automation
Tap New Automation or the plus button
Tap Time of Day
Set the time and repeat option
Tap Next
Tap Add Action
Search for and select Send Message
Enter the message text
Choose the recipient
Tap Next
Turn off Ask Before Running if available
Tap Done
Keep your iPhone on and connected to run the automation
