Open Safari on your MacBook
Click Safari in the top menu bar
Select Settings
Click the Websites tab
Click Pop-up Windows in the left sidebar
Find the website you want to allow
Set the dropdown to Allow
To turn off the pop-up blocker for all sites, set When visiting other websites to Allow
Close the Settings window
Open Google Chrome on your MacBook
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Click Pop-ups and redirects
Select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects
Add any specific websites under Allowed if needed
Open Firefox on your MacBook
Click the menu button in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy & Security
Scroll to Permissions
Uncheck Block pop-up windows
Close the Settings tab
Open Microsoft Edge on your MacBook
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Cookies and site permissions
Click Pop-ups and redirects
Turn off Block
Add allowed sites if needed
