Click the Apple menu
Open System Settings
Click Notifications
Turn off Allow notifications for the app you want
To stop all notifications, turn on Do Not Disturb in Focus
Open Control Center from the menu bar
Click Focus
Select Do Not Disturb
To schedule it, go to System Settings
Click Focus
Choose Do Not Disturb
Set a schedule or automation
To silence notifications from the lock screen, keep Do Not Disturb enabled
To stop notification sounds only, go to System Settings
Click Notifications
Select the app
Turn off Sounds
To disable badge alerts, go to System Settings
Click Notifications
Select the app
Turn off Badges
