Restart the phone
Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart
If Restart is not available, power off the phone
Wait a few seconds
Turn the phone back on
Make sure no volume button is stuck
Remove any case or accessory that may press buttons
Check for recently installed apps causing Safe Mode
Uninstall suspicious apps if needed
If Safe Mode stays on, perform a normal reboot again
If the issue continues, back up data and reset the device
