Inflate the balloon to the desired size
Hold the balloon neck firmly between your fingers
Place the balloon neck around the balloon tie tool
Stretch the neck into the tool’s hook or slot
Pull the neck through the tool to create a loop
Wrap the neck around the loop if required by the tool design
Pull the balloon neck through the loop
Tighten the knot by pulling both ends gently
Remove the balloon from the tool
Check that the knot is secure
