Press Control + Command + Space to open the Emoji & Symbols viewer
Click an emoji to insert it into your text
Use the search bar to find a specific emoji
Browse categories in the left sidebar
Drag the viewer window to keep it open while typing
Use the Character Viewer menu from the input menu if needed
Enable the Input menu in System Settings if the emoji viewer is not available
Copy and paste emojis from the viewer into other apps
