Turn off the faucet
Unscrew the aerator or screen from the faucet tip
Remove the rubber washer and any small parts
Rinse off loose debris
Soak the parts in vinegar for 15 to 30 minutes
Scrub the screen with a soft brush or toothbrush
Rinse all parts thoroughly with water
Reassemble the aerator or screen
Screw it back onto the faucet
Turn on the water and check the flow
