How to Cook Lamb Leg Steak?

Pat the lamb leg steaks dry

Season both sides with salt and black pepper

Add garlic, rosemary, thyme, or other preferred herbs if desired

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat

Add a small amount of oil to the pan

Place the lamb steaks in the hot pan

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on the first side

Flip the steaks and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on the other side

Reduce heat if the outside is browning too quickly

Cook until the internal temperature reaches your preferred doneness

Remove the steaks from the pan

Rest the lamb for 5 to 10 minutes

Slice against the grain and serve
