How to Cook Mutton Ribs?

Rinse the mutton ribs and pat them dry

Trim excess fat if needed

Marinate with salt, turmeric, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, and spices

Rest the ribs for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator

Heat oil in a heavy pan or pressure cooker

Add whole spices if desired

Sear the ribs until browned on all sides

Add sliced onions and cook until golden

Add tomatoes and cook until soft

Add the marinated ribs and mix well

Add water as needed

Cover and cook on low heat until the ribs are tender

If using a pressure cooker, cook until soft and release pressure naturally

Finish with garam masala and chopped coriander

Cook uncovered for a few minutes to thicken the gravy

Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan
