Open your email inbox
Select all messages in the current view
Look for an option to select all conversations or all mail
Click Delete or Move to Trash
Empty the Trash or Deleted Items folder
Repeat for other folders like Spam, Sent, Archive, and Promotions if needed
Check account settings for a bulk delete or cleanup option
Confirm the deletion if prompted
