Press the eject button on the front of the PS4 console
From the home screen, highlight the disc game or app
Press the Options button on the controller
Select Eject Disc
If the disc does not eject, turn off the PS4 completely
Unplug the power cable for a few minutes
Restart the PS4 and try ejecting again
If the disc is still stuck, use the manual eject screw on the console
