Press the eject button on the PS4 console
On the home screen, highlight the disc game or app and press the Options button, then select Eject Disc
If the console is frozen, press and hold the power button until it turns off, then press the eject button again
If the disc still will not eject, turn off and unplug the PS4, then use the manual eject screw with a screwdriver
Remove the disc carefully once it starts coming out
