Edit images (replace, resize, crop, or reposition)
Add or delete elements (pages, text boxes, shapes, signatures, annotations)
Reorder pages if needed (move, drag, or sort pages)
Check the updated layout and formatting
Save changes (Save, Save As, or Export)
If required, export to a new format (PDF, PDF/A, or DOCX)
