Wrap the celery in aluminum foil
Place the wrapped celery in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Alternatively, store celery in an airtight container lined with a paper towel
Keep celery away from ethylene-producing fruits and vegetables
Replace the paper towel if it becomes damp
Check celery regularly and remove any spoiled stalks
