Open the Magic menu
Select Spellmaking
Go to an Altar of Spellmaking
Choose a spell effect you know
Set the spell magnitude
Set the spell duration
Set the spell range
Set the spell area if needed
Add additional effects if desired
Check the magicka cost
Confirm and create the spell
Cast the new spell from your magic menu
