1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
Heat over medium-low until butter melts
Stir until smooth and well mixed
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened
Remove from heat
Use warm as a glaze for meat, vegetables, or pastries
