Wash hair and towel-dry until damp
Put on gloves and protect skin with petroleum jelly along the hairline
Divide hair into sections
Wrap small sections of hair around perm rods
Secure rods tightly
Apply perm solution evenly to each rod
Leave on for the recommended processing time
Rinse hair thoroughly while rods are still in place
Apply neutralizer to set the curl
Leave neutralizer on for the recommended time
Rinse again thoroughly
Remove rods carefully
Towel-dry and avoid washing or styling for 24 to 48 hours
