Open the Photos app on your iPhone
Select the Live Photo you want to post
Tap the Share button
Choose Instagram
Select Feed, Story, or Reel
If posting to Feed, convert the Live Photo to a video or use a third-party app to save it as a video
If posting to Story, upload the Live Photo directly and press and hold the photo to animate it
Edit the post if needed
Tap Share or Your Story to publish
