Open the app or screen that uses Liquid Glass
Go to Settings
Tap Accessibility
Tap Display & Text Size
Turn off any transparency or blur-related options
Go to Settings
Tap Wallpaper
Choose a simpler wallpaper
Go to Settings
Tap Home Screen
Reduce widget usage if needed
Turn on Reduce Transparency
Turn on Increase Contrast if available
Restart the iPhone
Update iOS if the issue remains
Reset all settings if the effect still appears
Contact Apple Support if it cannot be removed
