Log in to your PayPal account
Go to Wallet
Select the card you want to remove
Click Remove card
Confirm the removal
If the card is linked to subscriptions or automatic payments, update those payment methods first
If the card is your only payment method for an active balance or pending transaction, add another payment method before removing it
