Let the wax harden completely
Scrape off excess wax with a dull knife or credit card
Place the cloth between paper towels or brown paper bags
Press with a warm iron on low heat
Replace the paper as wax transfers
Repeat until no more wax comes out
Apply a small amount of dish soap to any remaining stain
Rub gently with your fingers or a soft brush
Wash the cloth according to the care label
Air dry and check that the stain is gone before using heat again
