Open OneNote.
Go to the notebook list.
Right-click the notebook you want to rename.
Select Notebook Properties or Properties.
Change the notebook name.
Save or confirm the change.
If the name cannot be edited directly, rename the notebook in OneDrive or SharePoint where it is stored.
Close and reopen OneNote to see the updated notebook name.
