Turn on the Epson printer
Check the printer screen or control panel for a Menu, Setup, or Home button
Open Settings or Maintenance
Select Restore Default Settings or Reset Settings
Choose the reset option you need, such as All Settings, Network Settings, or Factory Reset
Confirm the reset when prompted
Wait for the printer to restart
If there is no screen, press and hold the Reset button if your model has one
If your model has no Reset button, use the printer software on your computer
Open Epson printer utility or Epson software
Go to Maintenance, Settings, or Support
Select Restore Defaults, Reset, or Factory Reset
Confirm and complete the reset
Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi if needed
Reinstall the printer on your computer if required
