Open the Phone app
Tap Voicemail
Check for a Reset, Setup, or Greeting option
If prompted, enter your voicemail password or PIN
Follow the on-screen steps to reset voicemail
If voicemail is not working, restart your phone
If needed, reset the voicemail password through your carrier
Contact your carrier if the voicemail settings cannot be reset on the phone
