Open your phone’s Phone app
Go to Voicemail
Tap Settings or Voicemail Settings
Select Change Voicemail Password or Reset Voicemail Password
Enter your current voicemail password if prompted
Enter a new password
Confirm the new password
Save the changes
If you forgot your password, contact your mobile carrier
Follow your carrier’s reset process
Restart your phone if needed
Test the new voicemail password by calling voicemail again
