Open your phone app or voicemail app
Go to the voicemail tab or settings
Tap Set Up Voicemail or Voicemail Greeting
Create a voicemail password or PIN if prompted
Record your greeting when prompted
Save the greeting and settings
Call your own number or press and hold 1 to test voicemail
Follow any carrier-specific instructions if setup is not available in the phone settings
